Mensa Process draws a wide diversity of
Mensa members to serve on problem-solving and brand growth teams.
All are accomplished in their fields and share a passion for
discovery. With an innate curiosity and ability to cut through
clutter to solve complex problems quickly, our team members
bring all of their intellectual prowess and curiosity to bear
on every engagement.
With diversity in cultural and educational backgrounds, talents,
and interests, our teams are extremely flexible and focused.
Here’s a look at a few members of
Mensa Process:
With a strong background in finance and banking, and a Masters
in Environmental Economics, Chitra helps fund such large infrastructure
projects as power plants and telecom backbones in Asia Pacific.
Chitra and her family have lived in Asia, including Hong Kong,
Singapore, Philippines, and now Shanghai, for more than 15 years.
She enjoys oil painting and scuba diving, and is passionate
about spending time with her children. Chitra speaks eight languages
— English, French, German, Portuguese, Persian, Hindi,
Bahasa Indonesia, and Tamil — fluently. Chitra provides
valuable input as a member of our Naming Network and Mothers
Network.
As a private investor, Marina has spearheaded many innovative
and prominent international banking and business programs in
North America, Japan, Singapore, United Kingdom, South Korea,
and Hong Kong. Her clients include Asia’s largest central
banks, commercial banks, and state-owned agencies, as well as
local and international fund managers. Several years ago, Marina
was featured with Minister Mentor Lee Kuan Yew in a 60 Minutes
television documentary, which showcased the work of senior international
statesmen. Marina, always an avid reader, at the age of nine
read the entire Encyclopaedia Britannica! Currently, Marina
is President of Mensa Singapore and works with Mensa Process'
Finance Network. Marina, whose hobbies include gardening and
cooking, spends much of her free time working with programs
to assist the less advantaged.
Frank has undergraduate and graduate degrees in Physics, a Masters
in Systems Management from USC, and a Masters in Business Administration
from the Peter F. Drucker and Masatoshi Ito Graduate School
of Management. After a career in the aerospace industry as Assistant
Technical Director for US Satellite Systems, Frank began consulting
in program and project management. His clients include numerous
Fortune 500 companies, the US government, and the United Nations.
Frank enjoys sailing and is currently restoring a 1961 30-foot
wooden ketch. He serves on our Information Technology Network
and has co-authored a book about IT project management.
Dr. Cordian Bialek - Cordian is an M.D. in Germany specializing
in anesthesiology. While also being an anesthesiologist, Cordian
has spent the last 6 years flying regularly in an emergency
medical rescue helicopter as a doctor for medical rescues. He
also has a strong interest in health and alternative medicines.
Cordian is fluent in English, French and Spanish and also speaks
Polish and Hebrew. Cordian is a published poet and the co-author
of two anthologies. For fun, Cordian enjoys various sportive
disciplines like running, skiing or playing Badminton, singing,
playing the guitar and cooking for friends. He’s part
of Mensa Process’ Healthcare Network and Naming Panel.
Diane Huth is a leading marketing professional, who has held
top-level marketing positions at Johnson & Johnson, Frito-lay
and Nestle. She held the position of Vice President of Marketing
of Mission Foods, the world’s largest tortilla company,
becoming recognized as an innovative Hispanic marketer, and
helped spearhead growth from $75 to $250 million in just 4 years.
Diane specializes in all aspects of consumer marketing, and
is an expert in branding and brand architecture. She is fluent
in Spanish and Portuguese, and active in professional and civic
organizations in San Antonio, where she currently resides.
Vicki has degrees in Radio/TV/Film, Zoology, and Exotic Animal
Training. In her varied positions, she's worked on a space shuttle
mission and professionally performed with a black leopard on
her shoulders. Currently Vicki directs shows of killer whales
at a major US theme park.
In her free time, Vicki enjoys dancing, ice skating cruising,
exotic travel, and wine tasting. Vicki has a very inquisitive
mind, and enjoys problem-solving and discovery. She is the current
champion of the World Gathering Logic Problem Tournament.
Her world is shaded by lupus (SLE) but it's been more of a learning
experience and an exercise in positivity than a disease. Medical
and health issues are of extreme importance to her and she is
considering medical school as her next venture.
Mark is a member of our Naming Panel. His expertise in making
puzzles has not only made him a valued member of our naming
network, but has also made him a favorite among puzzle enthusiasts.
In addition, Mark is a full-time word puzzle maker whose work
has been published for more than 20 years. Once a longtime editor
at Games Magazine, Danna now creates a wide range of puzzles
for various clients such as, the syndicated newspaper puzzle
Wordy Gurdy for United Media; a monthly crossword for a physician’s
magazine; 12 word search books, including ones made officially
for Mensa by Sterling Publishing; Sunday crosswords for The
New York Times; and kids’ puzzles for an upcoming Mensa
tie-in with a fast-food chain.
A trivia maven, Danna has also been a staff writer for a TV
game show and created daily online quizzes for CNN. Before puzzling,
Danna was a 3-time national Frisbee champion who co-wrote the
Frisbee Players’ Handbook, which was round, and came packaged
inside a Frisbee. Mark lives in New York City and enjoys tennis,
swing dancing, gym workouts, puzzles, and board games.
