In addition to Mensa members worldwide, Mensa Process calls on additional brainpower to help guide and manage
specific engagements. From senior strategists and project managers
to marketing gurus, Mensa Process consultants ensure that each
assignment is brought to fruition with the appropriate set of
dynamic skills.
Allan Feldman serves as Chairman and Founder
of Mensa Process. He has overall responsibility for the operation
of the organization. He ensures that our vision is on track
and our resources are used properly.
Allan is an expert in brand extension and has more than 30 years
of experience in marketing and management, including more than
20 years in brand extension licensing at LMCA, where he serves
as its Chairman. Allan has created new products and lucrative
licensing opportunities for some of the world’s largest
brands, including Church & Dwight, Kodak, Westinghouse,
Eddie Bauer, Samsonite, and United Airlines. Previously, Allan
served as Group Vice President for Chromalloy America and as
Director of New Business Ventures for Rockwell International.
Prior to his tenure at Rockwell, he was Special Assistant to
the Director General of Rank-Xerox Benelux, the overseas arm
of Xerox Corporation.
Allan holds an MBA from the University of Chicago and studied
at the University of Louvain in Belgium and at the London School
of Economics. He earned a BS in Marketing from Roosevelt University,
after having studied architecture at the University of Illinois.
Allan is a frequent speaker on trademark licensing, strategy,
and brand building, at conferences, seminars, and trade shows
in North America, Europe, and Asia. His industry articles have
been widely published.
David is responsible for the day-to-day operations of Mensa
Process, including marketing and pipeline development.
David has more than 12 years experience in new product development
and innovation. He has helped drive new ideas for such companies
as Bank of America, Welch’s, PepsiCo, Reckitt Benckiser,
Cadbury Schweppes, GlaxoSmithKline, Novartis, KFC International,
and Sony. He has been involved with the innovation process,
from all angles, as an inventor, entrepreneur, and consultant.
Prior to joining the business development arena, David helped
to create public and private policy, first as a Legislative
Aide in the United States Senate and later as Manager of Federal
Affairs for Delta Air Lines. He is a graduate of the University
of Georgia, with specializations in Journalism and Political
Science.
Ed Vincent was the Executive Director of Mensa International
for 20 years. In that role, he coordinated policy and regulations
for all Mensa chapters, and developed Mensa groups in countries
around the world. As our official liaison to Mensa, Ed facilitates
introductions to Mensa groups and assists us with recruitment.
Ed is an American who moved to London with his family in 1972
to found and direct a branch of an American college. His interests
include travel, theatre, books, walking, and lively conversation.
Ed is, he believes, the only person associated with Mensa who
is also part owner of a café in Kyrgyzstan.
Bryan is one of our experienced facilitators and leads our brainstorming
sessions of Mensa teams. He has facilitated more than 500 ideation
sessions with clients such as Kraft, Unilever, PepsiCo, and
Procter & Gamble. A cum laude graduate of Dartmouth,
Bryan’s best-selling book in business innovation and creativity,
99% Inspiration, was selected by the American Management
Association as Book of the Year.
Steve helped to create our Naming practice. As our naming guide,
Steve uses a variety of ideation techniques to lead Mensa Process
members to create a selection of powerful candidate names. His
disciplined methodology has worked well for such diverse clients
as Tiffany, Pfizer, Kraft, MasterCard, Clairol, and Georgia-Pacific.
A 10-year P&G veteran, Chuck has earned a reputation for
quickly turning technology into profitable products in a variety
of industry verticals, including Food & Beverage, OTC, Cosmetics,
and Detergents. At P&G, he led the R&D effort, which
helped create Pringles, Swiffer, and Olay Face Wipes. With more
than 30 years of experience in managing and executing all phases
of technical research, Chuck consults with the Mensa Process
team in its innovation efforts. Chuck earned his graduate degrees
in Biomedical Engineering/Biochemistry at the University of
Toledo Engineering School and the University of Michigan Medical
School. |
